B&B Stazione Centrale

The best place ever!

We could choose to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the café below the B&B, which the owners also run, and that was a real plus. They even kept our bags while we waited for the train, so we could enjoy one last walk in the nice weather. The owners were professional and kind, and we'll gladly come back. The location is excellent, just left of the central station exit. Our room was bigger than expected, with comfortable beds, frescoed ceilings, and Art Nouveau floors. The air conditioning and TV worked well, and the private restroom was just across the street. Thank you!

A really bad stay. The sheets and towels were stained, the room smelled of sewage, and there was no soundproofing. There was no welcome kit, and the room wasn't cleaned. For two people staying two days, they left just one toilet roll, so we had to buy more. Breakfast was included in the price, but the bar where it was served was closed on one of the two days. We were also charged €1.50 extra for a glass of soy milk.

At night there was a horrible sewer smell, and the windows and doors let the street noise in all night. One double room was missing blankets, and there weren't enough towels or toilet paper. The bathroom was supposedly private, but it was shared, and the doors offered no privacy, with gaps you could see through. Three bed slats were missing; after we complained, they repaired one. The bar was shut, so breakfast was left at the door, just a croissant and juice, without even coffee. Terrible.
