The owners were so kind, sweet, and helpful. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well placed in the city. Lolli train station is just five minutes away, which makes getting to the airport easy. The main city centre sights are within a 20-minute walk, and public transport is easy to reach too. I'd warmly recommend Pretty House for a visit to Palermo.

The owner was very kind and had left us a delicious homemade tart when we arrived. They also provided everything we needed for breakfast throughout our stay. The elegant apartment has all the comforts, including two bathrooms, so it works well for a family or group of friends. It's handy for visiting the city center, just outside the restricted traffic zone, and easy to reach by car or train. Highly recommended!

The owner was super sweet and kind! There's heating and air conditioning in each main room. My main complaint is the towels: there were too few, and they were old and worn, with some torn.

I was traveling alone and felt safe here. The area is quiet and pleasant, and the main attractions are close enough to reach on foot.
