The hotel put together a beautiful surprise for my partner after she said “yes.” The flowers were stunning, and the complimentary sparkling wine made the moment even more special. We were also upgraded to a room that felt like a fairytale. It really was a perfect trip and proposal, the most beautiful trip of our lives. Before we arrived, I’d been emailing the manager, Luigi, who was such a lovely person that he felt like a friend straight away. The whole staff took wonderful care of us. The hotel’s location was ideal too, and we could see all the important places on foot. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. A huge thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable stay. Sending hugs and kisses! 💛✨

After a day out exploring Palermo, the comfortable room and excellent bed were just right for resting. It was clean and well equipped, and the whole staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a great spot for getting around the city. The food was another highlight. Chef Léo’s breakfast was delicious, with high-quality choices prepared with real care for the guests. A welcoming, comfortable stay from start to finish. I’d happily recommend NH Palermo to anyone visiting.

The staff were excellent and friendly, and the food was genuinely good. We enjoyed both the breakfast buffet and dinner. We also had a lovely view of the water, but our room faced a main road and traffic was extremely loud between about 1am and 3am. We stayed at the end of December, when the AC was turned off and the pool was closed. With the outdoor temperature around 60F, the room got very warm without air conditioning. Aside from that, it was a decent hotel.

The restaurant staff really made this stay for me. They went out of their way to make me feel at home, and Martina even tracked down a Coke Zero so I’d feel comfortable being so far from home. We were there with a tour group, and the location was incredible, with dinner and shopping just a short stroll away. Service was quick and easy, and the room was nice too. The restaurant team took the experience from four stars to five for me.

The sea-view rooms are gorgeous and make you want to head out for a walk. On arrival, we found a handwritten welcome note and a gift in the room, which felt special and is unusual these days. Check-in was quick and very professional, and the location, staff, and amenities were all great. I’ll be back. GRAZIE! Travel more.
