Our two-story apartment is right in central Palermo, on a quiet side road. The central station, cathedral, and most of the city center are within walking distance. There were two clean, modern bathrooms, each with a shower, and each floor had its own AC. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a large fridge-freezer, so it works well for a longer independent stay in Palermo, on Sicily. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the place was worth the money.

The host communicated well, and the flat was nice enough in a great location. The shower could be better, but the rest made up for it.

My boyfriend and I stayed two nights in this lovely studio in central Palermo. It’s peaceful and quiet, and the owners are really nice and helpful. I needed two umbrellas, and they left them for me without any fuss. The apartment has everything for cooking, plus a coffee maker and washing machine. They even left water in the fridge along with oil, vinegar, salt, and cleaning supplies. It’s 700 meters from the Orleans train stop for airport transit, near Ballarò market, and 600 meters from the historic center. I have only good things to say.

It’s easy to explore Palermo on foot from here, with the historic center only 200 meters away. Parking is nearby, though drivers should watch out for the limited traffic zone. The area is very central but felt a bit unsafe, and honestly I wouldn’t recommend it to single women. Picking up the keys yourself made arrival convenient, and the host quickly answered questions and sent directions over WhatsApp. The studio is well furnished, though a little dark, and functional.
