We didn’t stay the night because the apartment was filthy and smelled so bad. We were out on the balcony for only about 10 minutes since the smell inside was unbearable, so we didn’t take photos of the dirt. We told them straight away that we couldn’t sleep there and tried reaching the company through Booking.com, where we had booked. Earlier, we’d called with the person handling the key, but after 12 minutes the call dropped, and it happened again when I tried afterward. We only heard back on the day we were leaving, asking us to send pictures. Of the smell, or the mess we hadn’t photographed? They’re still refusing to refund us even though we never stayed overnight. The apartment and the company were a disaster. Do not book through Wonderful Italy!!!!
