We’d definitely come back. The neighborhood is good, and although it’s outside the touristy areas, you can walk there in about 15 minutes. It’s a really beautiful old-style place, extremely clean, and Gabriel was kind and very accommodating.

The owner was super friendly and made us feel welcome, with lots of tips for Palermo. Everything else about the stay was good too. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo!

I’d recommend this place for the welcome alone. Gabriele has real care and humanity, and his kindness can change your day. He was attentive to guests and made me feel at home straight away. I was here for a very demanding competition on one of the hardest days of my life. Gabriele was incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible, and a few encouraging words helped lighten a really difficult day. As someone with celiac disease, I also appreciated his suggestions for safe, excellent places to eat. The B&B itself is comfortable, welcoming, well maintained, and has a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere.

Palermo is easy to explore from this beautiful, meticulously cared-for property. It was spotlessly clean, and it’s rare to meet someone who puts so much heart into the work. Gabriele was there when we needed help, always with a smile, while still being discreet. The small kind gestures made a real difference. Our stay at Olivarooms felt like much more than just a night away. We won’t forget the hospitality, and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!
