Breakfast was a real treat, with cakes, fruit, and coffee made fresh. Elena made us feel like we had a home and family of our own in Sicily, right in the heart of Palermo.

Via dell'Orologio is a great base, about 30 meters from the Teatro Massimo and right by Palermo's historic center, so the main sights are easy to get to. The house is small but cozy, with what you need for a short stay. It was reasonably clean, and the owner was friendly and available with information.

It's in a nice central spot, but the place is very small and the kitchen area isn't great. If you're claustrophobic, I'd avoid it.

Just to clarify, the review above is about the Al Teatro Massimo studio flat, not the Olivella Suite. The ceiling in the Olivella Suite is 4.20 m high.
