We spent a week here, and the staff gave fantastic service. The food and drinks were excellent, too. It’s in a very good spot near lots of restaurants, capo market, and ballaro market. The staff also arranged transport for us to another local town.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and service minded. Rooms were very clean, nicely decorated, and had comfortable beds and a lovely balcony view. Breakfast was good, though there was too much focus on sweets for my taste and it could have been a bit healthier. My only other complaint is that the coffee included with breakfast was poor.

No one warned us that our small boutique hotel would turn into a discoteca on Saturday night. With the music blaring below my room, sleeping was impossible.

The staff were charming, and the location was great, but the room was a letdown. It was on the ground floor right beside the restaurant tables, and at $164 it really wasn’t worth it. I’d put its value at $80 at most. Breakfast was ordinary.

The food was excellent and came quickly, and the hotel is in a great spot if your cab knows where to leave you. Otherwise, be ready to carry your bags through the market. The hotel itself is nice, but the rooms felt stuffy. We had to change rooms because of several problems with the rooms and AC units, and eventually got a deluxe suite. Room service was one reason we chose to stay here, but because there was an event that night, we were told to go downstairs and order at the restaurant. They took the order without any trouble, but I still don’t understand why they couldn’t take it over the phone as advertised.
