Nadja was a great source of tips for breakfast, dinner, and things to do around Palermo. She also made getting to and from the airport and using public transport much easier with her advice. The apartment/B&B was roomy, spotless, and had a big balcony. We had a wonderful stay with Nadja and Luigi and would definitely return. Thanks so much! Bastian & Verena

Nadia, the owner, was friendly and really helpful. I trusted her suggestions for restaurants, places to see, and good taxis. I stayed three nights, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and pleasant. The location was handy for visiting everything, with nowhere more than about a 20-minute walk. And the coffee they offered was AMAZING!! I've never had coffee that good, and it was very effective if you needed to stay awake at night. All in all, a really good stay.

I had to cancel my trip because I was ill, but they wouldn't make an exception to give me a refund, even though only 24 hours had passed since the cancellation period expired. The service was terrible, and I wouldn't book here. I didn't demand a refund, I asked politely. They told me it was Expedia's policy, but Expedia replied that it was up to the property. All they had to do was issue the refund themselves.

The apartment was comfortable and clean, and a perfect base for exploring the city. Nadia made us feel so welcome and gave us a great list of recommendations. She couldn't have been more helpful or obliging. A brilliant start to our amazing Palermo trip, and I couldn't recommend the place more 😊😊😊

The owners at Politeama Luxury Suites were so personable and caring, going well above and beyond for us. The clean rooms are close enough to walk to all the major sights. We've never been treated better, and we'll be back!
