We booked an apartment for four, but there wasn't enough cutlery. It was supposed to have a washing machine, and there wasn't one when we arrived. There was no microwave either. We also got no instructions for entering the room, so we had to call after arriving. When we asked questions or requested things, they didn't reply. A horrible experience. Don't trust what they tell you.
We were there in April, and the little apartment was just what we needed, near the university as Alessandro had said. It was tidy, spotless, and had all the basics. Both Alessandro and the woman who greeted us were very kind, and they made our time in Palermo lovely. Thank you so much, and sorry this review took me a while to write. Elvira Ilaria
The bed was so comfortable, and the whole apartment was spotless and nicely furnished. Comfort really sums it up. It was super high-tech too, with speakers all around, a hydromassage shower with sensory LEDs, and switches that let you raise or lower the shutters and windows, or open and close them, from anywhere in the house. We'll be back.
So professional, and I'm very happy here.
