Simona’s communication was excellent, and he shared some great local recommendations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was easy to unwind after exploring. The location, right beside the stunning cathedrals with a breathtaking view, was perfect. This wonderful hotel made our time in the heart of Palermo even better. Highly recommend!

Clean and nicely decorated, and it was just what you'd expect for this kind of booking. The location is perfect. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Palermo.

6/10
The location is very good, but the entrance and staircase look awful, and there's no elevator available. In the nicest room, the bed was too soft and made it hard to sleep. There are no breakfasts at this B&B. Only one room has a cathedral view; the others look onto the opposite wall, about 3m away. The room makes a good first impression, but the finish and materials are low quality. Several parts need renovation, including the floor around the bath, closet door, window frames, and countertop around the washbasins. It was also difficult to communicate directly in English.

The owner, Gaetano, provided very nice service and coordination, and the location is excellent. The residence itself is just okay. The building, where the hotel occupies only one floor, could use some work, and the rooms are fine but offer very few services.

The owner was great to communicate with throughout and suggested restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. It's in a great location. Just be aware that this isn't really a hotel, but more like a B&B without breakfast, occupying only the second floor of the building.
