Ri.Mo's Rent Room

I don't get the low ratings. It's a modern B&B, the room was clean and really comfortable, and it was quiet. The owner was super helpful, and the bed was so comfortable!

It's in a handy spot near many of Palermo's tourist attractions. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of days while visiting the city, and the B&B was charming, well looked after, and clean. Alessandro's care and passion really made it special. He runs the place in a way that makes guests feel at home. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of packaged products.

We stayed three nights. The spacious room had a balcony and a window, and was quiet. The hydromassage shower was fantastic. The location is great, about a 15-minute walk from the historic center. We could park right below the property in a quiet area, and there’s a guarded parking lot open 24 hours, 50 meters away. The place has a lot going for it, given its quality and location. The young man who welcomed us was very kind and gave us detailed advice about Palermo. Breakfast could use more attention, perhaps with the mostly packaged items replenished each day. I’d also suggest cleaning the room more thoroughly and doing it daily. Recommended.

It's about a ten-minute walk to Porta Nuova, then on into the city center, so the location is excellent. The rooms are on the fourth floor of an apartment building. They're all nice and have bathrooms, and mine had a window. It was cleaned well, but it always smelled of cigarettes, which was a real nuisance for me as a non-smoker. Breakfast was another downside: limited, and all packaged. Fine for a short stay while visiting Palermo.
