Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and lovingly prepared, a lovely start to each day. We also really appreciated how understanding and caring the hosts were about our early departure. We stayed in a stylish, characterful room on two levels, with a beautiful private terrace that felt like a little oasis above the city. Rooms 19 is right in the heart of Palermo, with great restaurants and bars close by. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after. The hosts' warmth and generosity made our trip special. We had a truly memorable stay and would return in a heartbeat. 💛

The staff made a real effort to keep my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Every team member was friendly, professional, and ready to help with a warm smile. The hotel is close to major attractions and restaurants, which made exploring the city easy, yet the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly choose this welcoming hotel again. The service and location were both excellent, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Marta was such a warm, helpful hostess and made the stay memorable. The apartment was cozy and distinctive, right in the middle of everything, with the main sights, restaurants, and markets easy to reach. Best of all was the private terrace, with breathtaking views across Palermo. Our mornings and evenings there felt special. We'd highly recommend it for a special, authentic stay.

The top-floor room, Gabbiano, felt especially charming, with its rooftop. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and everything was thoughtfully organized. Breakfast was plentiful and just right before heading out to explore. Marta and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. A lovely B&B and a great Palermo find for a few days. I highly recommend it. Just be ready to carry your suitcase up to the top floor, the stairs take a bit of stamina 😉

The whole place is in a perfect area for exploring Palermo, and our room was very clean. Its dreamy rooftop terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast, with plenty of choices. Marta and the staff were friendly and helpful, rounding out a wonderful stay. We'd come back and definitely recommend it, 10/10.
