Suite Granatelli by Wonderful Italy

We were left waiting on the street with our bags when the staff member arrived late, even though we'd been told to be punctual for the 3 pm check-in. Later, staff entered without warning before the 10 am checkout. The apartment was awful: filthy floors, furniture, surfaces and windows; broken items everywhere; a TV remote that didn't work; curtains hanging off their tracks; only a few working outlets; poor lighting; and a leaking, broken shower head that made bathing almost impossible. The bed advertised as a queen was a small double at best. When we complained, they were rude and had an excuse for everything. I've stayed in plenty of basic, often cheap places, but this was the worst by far. I'd give it minus five stars if I could.

A really terrible experience.
