Sweet Dreams

I work in real estate, and I can tell how much love they put into the business and into looking after guests. I felt safe and welcome in a city I never thought I’d visit. They fed us so much good food and made sure we felt at home, just like a real Italian family. They’re a big reason Sicily feels like a jewel of the Mediterranean.

The location is perfect for exploring Palermo, and the room was really clean with little treats waiting for us. Ricardo was so welcoming and kind.

The place is right in the heart of Palermo, with the city's nightlife just steps away. The building is old, as you might expect in a city center, but inside it's clean, modern, and comfortable. It's also well soundproofed, so outside noise didn't come through. There was a mini-bar, a top-of-the-line bathtub, and a giant screen above it. I booked for a special occasion for my boyfriend and me, hoping for a little break from our hectic schedule. Pietro was available as soon as the booking was confirmed and helped me make the surprise special. He was courteous, thoughtful, and very helpful throughout. For someone so young, his manners, hospitality, and know-how are impressive. I wish Pietro all the best.

Pietro made us feel right at home and was so kind. The room was spotless, and he’d put a bottle of prosecco in the fridge along with two snacks. I’d recommend it!
