The room was great, nicely equipped, and the beds were comfortable, even the extra one, which I think was a pull-out armchair. We slept well despite a gathering in the square nearby on the day we arrived. The air conditioner worked very well without blowing straight at us, and the large double-glazed windows kept outside noise out when closed. The room also ventilated well. Internet was great. Breakfast had both sweet and savory choices, and the staff made coffee for us. The ladies working in the restaurant and at reception were very nice. Parking is behind the church in the city center, near reception. It’s outdoors but feels safe. The hotel is in the center of Palmanova and is spread across a couple of buildings, so it can be a little confusing at first to find reception, the rooms, dining room, and parking, but it doesn’t take long to figure it out.

The recommended restaurant was a good choice, and the hotel is right on the main square, close to everything. There’s a closed parking area behind the hotel, and they sent us an SMS with the exact address for entering from the back street. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, both sweet and salty, plus fruit and drinks. The staff were very attentive, kept the plates stocked, and served real espresso, not the automatic hotel kind. Our room was clean and big enough, with strong hot water. Good quality for the price, and we plan to come back.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. The hosts were flexible and did everything they could to make it a good one. Our room was a good size, and the bathroom was comfortable and had a window. Breakfast was fresh, with lots of choices. Parking was easy, and the hotel is in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the important sights. Highly recommended.
