We learned a whole new way to cook traditional silent pasta, and ended up with pasta we were proud of. It was absolutely delicious too. The staff were lovely and kind, and clearly knew their stuff. Thank you, guys. We’ll never forget you.

We spent three days here for our anniversary, and the experience was top-notch. The room was spacious, spotless, and carefully detailed, and breakfast was very generous. We also asked for a special dinner and extra services for the occasion, and everything was done excellently. The location and hospitality were wonderful, and the services were good. I noticed the pool is under construction. Congratulations to everyone. I’ll definitely come back.

The owners are warm and welcoming, and make delicious Italian breakfasts with homemade pastries. The nearest sandy beaches are only a 15-minute drive away, and the easy access to the highway makes trips in every direction convenient. This historic Italian house, once a princely court, has rooms that feel like chambers full of character. There’s also a shop selling local wines in the basement. A lovely place to unwind while staying in Puglia.

The rooms were gorgeous, clean, and done in shabby chic style. You can book dinner too, and that was a real highlight, with raw dishes and grilled food. From the moment we arrived in Palmariggi, the calm and quiet settled over me. The entrance to Borgo was enchanting, and the kind, welcoming looks from Valentino and Giuliano caught me off guard. Ilaria was just as hospitable. I felt at home right away. It’s a wonderful place, and I can’t think of anything else to say except book now.
