Laura's homemade breakfast, made with excellent ingredients, was superb, and the staff being so welcoming to dogs was priceless. The owners were friendly and helpful, too. It's a lovely, well-kept place just a stone's throw from Rome, and well placed for Tivoli, Rieti, Viterbo, and Orvieto. We stayed for 3 restful days despite the downpour. We'll definitely return and make it a regular stop in the area. A great choice if you're traveling with dogs, who are very welcome. Thank you!

Laura made and served an excellent breakfast, and we had a lovely time chatting with her. Aurora, the dog, is a sweetheart. The B&B has a charming family feel, the owners are very kind, and the rooms are clean and well cared for. Thanks also for the delicious jams and splendid olives in oil. We had a wonderful stay. The owners are friendly, their adorable dog is lovely, and breakfast is superb, with homemade cakes and jams that are also available to buy. I recommend the Jacuzzi, it’s divine. This charming little place sits at the base of the Lucretini Mountains, just a stone's throw from Rome, and makes a great base for trekking or visiting Sabine villages.

We’ll definitely be back. Our room was cozy and private among the olive trees, and the place is dog-friendly. Breakfast was varied and homemade, the owners were kind and helpful, and there’s a sweet, friendly dog at reception. It’s peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by nature, with plenty to see nearby. Truly beautiful. Recommended.

For absolute peace and quiet, this is an ideal place. The apartment was fully equipped and spotlessly clean, and the owner was very friendly. It’s in a beautiful setting among olive groves. I’ll definitely be back.
