Very poor experience, with what felt like bait and switch and false advertising. The website and booking sites said, “Parking available, contact property.” I reached out several times but got no reply for more than 3-4 months. They only responded after the cancellation window had passed. Parking costs $36 per day, and from there you have to walk a kilometre or take a shuttle. There’s nowhere to drop off your bags.

The terrace was lovely, and the accommodation was centrally located. The room was beautiful, well equipped, and the breakfast was fab. Our host was super helpful and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

AVOID! I know there are plenty of nice reviews, but our experience was terrible. Staff were disrespectful, breakfast was late on several days, and the room heating didn’t work. At checkout, I was told I’d get an invoice, but a month later I was still chasing it. I felt they were being disrespectful again, telling lies and avoiding sending it. I wondered if this was so they wouldn’t pay Italian taxes. It seems like a random stay: you might have a nice time, or an extremely bad one. Be prepared for possible problems with invoices, respect, and other things that may not be mentioned here. PS: I’m sure if they reply here, they’ll say they already sent the invoice. That isn’t true. They sent me a fake invoice for 32 euros that wasn’t mine, then another for 33 euros that also wasn’t mine. Both had the date and time hidden, so they wouldn’t show that they weren’t made on the same day as mine. Even though the amount was wrong, I asked them to send the exact same photo I posted here, but with the date and time visible. They never did. They kept lying, even to booking.com when I opened a ticket there. If they have the invoice, they can send it to me or post it in their lovely reply, showing the correct date, April 5th, and the correct time. They won’t. Either they don’t have it or don’t want to send it. In any case, this isn’t an invoice, just a credit card receipt. Update: They finally gave me the invoice, on the condition that I remove this comment. That’s not going to happen, but the issue was finally fixed.

I couldn't leave a review through Hotels.com, so I'm posting it here on Google Maps. We stayed at this lovely Sorrento hotel for two nights in May 2025, and everything went perfectly. The location made it easy to walk to the town centre, Sorrento train station, and even a Carrefour for snacks and essentials. It’s close to everything, yet still feels peaceful. I loved the garden with its lemon and orange trees. The citrus scent in the air made the place feel calm and relaxing, and just being there put us at ease. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We made a late request for a taxi the next morning, and it was taken care of smoothly. Breakfast was a lovely surprise too, fresh, varied, and delicious. We enjoyed the short visit so much that we’ve already decided to return for longer, perhaps a whole week. A real gem in Sorrento, highly recommended.
