Grazziella and Rolando made me feel right at home, and I’m grateful for their warm hospitality. The cozy atmosphere, beautiful architecture, and intimate spa were just right for relaxing after skiing. I also loved the homemade breakfasts and good coffee. It feels more like a home away from home than a regular hotel, a real gem in Panchià!

Every corner feels unique, and the hotel is exceptionally well cared for, with a lovely scent of wood. The spa is relaxing and well designed. Mrs. Graziella was especially kind and helpful, and we thank her staff for their courtesy. A very pleasant stay.

The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and wonderfully quiet, and breakfast came with a smile from Graziella and the kind young woman serving it. The spa, whirlpool, and heated outdoor pool were a perfect finishing touch. Mr. Rolando opened them promptly when we asked. You can feel the care and love Graziella and Rolando, along with their staff, put into every part of their splendid hotel and the people who stay there. They’re incredibly kind and helpful.
