The Google photos seem to show the place before its renovation. It’s now been fully renovated and has all the amenities guests need. There’s private parking on the ground floor of the same building, plenty of restaurants nearby, and an Aldi supermarket just a two-minute walk away. The host is very friendly. I booked through Booking.com, but wanted to leave a review because the Google ratings are so low. I highly recommend it for a family trip.

You can unwind on the terrace when the weather’s good, and the apartment is very centrally located, about a 5-10 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore and Centrale. The kitchen, beds and bathrooms are almost perfectly equipped. My only two gripes: there were no sharp knives for things like bread, and a few doors creaked when closing.

After confirming the apartment was available, the owner sold it to someone else.

They took €800 from me. This is a scam, so don’t book under any circumstances.

Tastefully furnished with lovely attention to detail, and in a strategic spot. Highly recommend!
