Francesca was helpful, the location was good, and breakfast was satisfying. But we had a lot of problems with the hotel and our room: it wasn’t clean, the sheets didn’t match and hadn’t been changed in a week, there was a bad smell everywhere, not enough toilet paper, and the shower gel never ran out. The room hairdryer was a nightmare for those of us with long hair. There was hardly anyone at reception either. When we arrived, we had to call to check in because an “I’m away” sign had an illegible phone number. Unfortunately, the service lacked professionalism.

The whole hotel smelled of smoke, even in the rooms, so it might suit smokers. We don’t smoke, and thankfully we only had to spend one uncomfortable night there.

The room was huge, clean, and fully equipped, more like an apartment, with big windows overlooking the port and the center of Pantelleria. The hotel is centrally located, close to everything. I’m grateful to the owners for their kindness and hospitality. They made me feel cared for from the start, with genuine attention that came from the heart. Thank you, BluemoonHotel. See you soon.

The harbor view from our gorgeous room was such a treat, and the hotel’s central spot made everything easy. We stayed a week, which felt far too short, and had excellent service and spotless cleanliness. Breakfast had everything you could want and then some. Mrs. Francesca made mornings special, and Alessandra Valeria and Andrea were warm, generous, and always ready to help with what guests needed. We had a wonderful time on this dream of an island ❤️🩵❤️

Bars and restaurants in central Pantelleria are an easy walk from the Blue Moon Hotel. We spent a week there, and found the room lovely and spotless. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always available when we needed them.
