A clean, comfortable spot close to both the city center and the park. I think it’s especially suited to younger people.

The rooms are simple but have everything you need, and ours was very clean. The building has been renovated tastefully, with modern furnishings, plus there’s a shared terrace upstairs and a self-service breakfast room on the ground floor. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the city center, and the Kennedy parking lot is very close. The owner sends an entry code, and the keys are waiting in the room. Cristina and Gianni.

We only stayed one night. The room faces the street, and the ensuite bathroom has no window. There’s a little breakfast room downstairs that works well for a quick bite, and a shared terrace on the top floor. The place is excellent, though small. There’s no reception desk or staff on site, so everything is sorted out by phone, and you get a code to enter.

Annabella was so kind and easy to reach, and sent us all the directions we needed for arrival, parking, and getting around. We stayed with family and found the place peaceful and comfortable, with everything organized down to the small details. It’s easy to walk to the city center, while still being outside the ZTL, which is handy if you’re arriving by car. The rooms were spotless and carefully kept, and the bed was genuinely comfortable. We’d gladly return.
