Il Tenore D'Oro Centralissimo

Mrs. Marcella was so helpful and wonderful to deal with. The apartment is right in the city center, quiet, well kept, and equipped with every comfort. Both the double bed and sofa bed have memory foam mattresses, so I slept really well. I'd definitely recommend staying here in Parma.

Giulia, who took care of our reservation, was incredibly kind and helpful. In the morning, croissants in the kind we chose were left outside our door, along with soy milk for me because I'm intolerant to regular milk. The apartment has all the comforts we needed, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kitchen, and a smart TV. It's centrally located in a well-equipped area, the price was fair, and I absolutely recommend it.

The apartment itself was very nice and well furnished, but the service let the stay down. I arrived on Sunday evening to find the elevator broken, and couldn't reach the manager until Monday. I had to carry two suitcases up three double flights of stairs. Since I'd given my arrival time and the elevator had apparently been out for a while, someone could have come to help and explain how the appliances worked. Contact with the host is only by phone. The sockets by the bed looked like they were from the 1970s, so I had to move the bed to plug in my CPAP.

The location was right in the center, which made it very handy for exploring the city. I liked the lovely but practical furnishings, how clean everything was, and the owner's kindness and courtesy. Breakfast came with a typical Parma cake, delivered at the time I asked for.
