The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the owner was kind and helpful. I was traveling with my bike and was allowed to bring it into the room so it wouldn’t get stolen. I’d definitely recommend this place for a short stop in Parma.

The location is handy, just steps from the ring road and close to shopping centres and McDonald's. Our room was warm with the heaters on during our stay. It was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is standard, though the owner will do his best to meet requests or special preferences. He’s very kind and helpful, and you can just ask if you need anything.

Parking the motorbike in the private gated driveway was great. The villa is in a quiet, convenient area of independent villas, and worked well as a base for Parma or Cremona. We were there for the Cremona Circuit. We booked directly with the owner, who was kind and helpful right away. The rooms have a TV, air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, and a hairdryer, and the value for money is excellent. A pleasant surprise was the delicious fresh croissants at breakfast. We had a positive stay. Thank you, Alberto.

The host was very kind, and the place was quiet. We spent one night at this B&B in Parma and really enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Recommended.
