The villa was a lovely find for a one-night stop in Parma, between a change of transport and a concert in Milan. It’s in the countryside just a few steps from the exit, with friendly service and free parking inside. Our huge room had a kitchenette, and the bathroom was comfortable. Everything was spotless and tastefully furnished. A great base for Parma and the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the Green Room, with a double bed and kitchenette. There was an espresso machine, microwave, and refrigerator stocked for breakfast, and at dawn we found freshly baked croissants to go with the already generous breakfast. The hostess was wonderfully friendly and attentive, making us feel like family. The place is peaceful and welcoming, surrounded by greenery, beautifully kept, and very clean. Highly recommended.

The owners’ kindness and willingness to help stood out most, beyond what we expected. Even far from home, you feel at home here. The room was clean, tidy, and prepared with care down to the smallest details, and the value for money is excellent. It’s also a magnificent, quiet setting among greenery. Highly recommended, a five-star stay in every way.

The property is lovely, clean, and well looked after, only a few minutes from the fairgrounds. But the welcome from the owner felt very cold. Breakfast was really meager for a family of five: half a liter of milk and two yogurts. Such a shame!
