Palazzo Gozzi Bed Beauty

The walk into Parma’s center was short and pleasant, and there’s a large park nearby for a morning run. Paolo and Roberto made the stay special with their warm welcome and spot-on tips for restaurants and things to do. The rooms were roomy, modern, and spotless. We couldn’t have picked a better place in the city.

The walk up to the third floor was a bit of a workout, especially if you’ve got heavy bags, since there’s no elevator. Once we reached the room, though, it had everything we needed, from coffee choices and slippers to bathroom toiletries. The bed was comfortable, and the bathtub in the living area was a fun, unusual touch. We also liked the clean bathroom and the high ceiling and skylight over the shower. Paolo was a terrific host, showing us a map of Parma and pointing out places to eat and shop. A really distinctive stay for my fiance and me, and we’d happily recommend Palazzo Gozzi Bed & Beauty.

We’d also stayed at a five-star hotel in Parma, but we enjoyed this place much more and found the value much better. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and the AC worked really well. A free beauty service was a nice extra. What really made it a top-notch stay was the owners’ incredible service.

The room had plenty of space, was comfortable and beautiful, and came with everything we needed. In the summer heat, the air conditioning was a huge help. Breakfast comes with a voucher for a place around the corner, and the owners were great with Parma recommendations. They’re communicative, warm, funny, helpful, kind, and so welcoming. You can see how much pride they take in the business. For such an affordable stay, there was a lot included, even an evening Prosecco and snack left outside the room. We only had one night and wished we’d stayed longer. Thanks to Roberto & Paolo for being so lovely.
