There’s free street parking a few minutes from the apartment, which is in a building with an elevator. The owner was kind and helpful, and the place was very clean, bright, and airy. Breakfast had plenty of variety, including packaged items and fresh fruit. Guests can also use the kitchen and its dishwasher.

Cristian was so kind and helpful, and the breakfast was varied, tasty, and filling. The house itself was welcoming, cute, and clean, with lovely, spacious areas for us. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it.

Once I met Christian and saw the room, my first impression changed completely. The whole house is beautifully furnished, and I was happy with the room. The owner was incredibly attentive, even offering to drive me to the University of Parma for free while I was there for a summer camp. I did have two complaints: there’s only a fan, and I don’t think it can replace air conditioning; also, cleaning isn’t done daily. I paid a small extra fee to have the room cleaned every day. I came home enthusiastic, with wonderful memories of Parma.
