The location is fantastic for getting around the center, though the station is a bit of a walk. Breakfast was superb, and the room felt cozy and comfortable. It could use a little more light, but that’s a small thing. I had a really pleasant stay.

The owner was clear, kind, and always available, and you can see the care she puts into the details. We stayed at Francesca's B&B for a lovely weekend in Parma and were very happy with the choice. The Bsuites has a welcoming atmosphere, and our room was comfortable. Breakfast was generous and varied despite the COVID restrictions. We left the car at a nearby lot for a very reasonable €14 a day, then explored the city on foot. The place is on a quiet street just a short walk from the center. Thanks, and see you next time!

We booked it for the Parma Marathon, since Citadel Park is just a few steps away. The room was lovely and spotless, and the manager was quick to respond to what we needed and did her best to help. We'll definitely come back!

We'd stay here again if we came back to Parma. It's just a few steps from Piazza Duomo, and the breakfast was generous, with special care for the lactose intolerance we mentioned when booking. The place was spotless and very comfortable, with a great mattress. Huge thanks to Francesca for being so kind and attentive to what guests need.
