A calm, clean place to stay overnight. The person in charge of cleaning does a very good job.

Just bear in mind that it's on the third floor and there's no lift, so a backpack is easier than a trolley or lots of bags. The rooms are small but comfortable, with bathrooms, and the shared area has the essentials, including a kettle, fridge and microwave. Everything was clean. The manager is friendly, though not always easy to get on the phone.

We stayed three nights and the shared bathroom wasn't an issue. For the price, the location right in the center is hard to beat. Our top-floor room and the kitchen stayed warm, and Yahia was friendly and helpful. There's no elevator.

The instructions were extremely clear, and the room was spotless and had everything we needed: air conditioning, a private bathroom, a fan, a TV and a window. It's very central, handy for getting around and reasonably close to the station. This little place opened in January 2025, and I spent one night here with a friend. It was enough to make me want to return. If it had been open earlier, it could have become one of my regular safe spots in Parma. I'll definitely be back.
