The room was unbearably hot, and there was no air conditioning. A kettle and two tea bags were there, but was that meant to count as breakfast? When I raised the heat issue, I was told the attic wasn't rented on the dates I booked and had been given to me because I made the booking in November. If it had been closed since mid-June, I think they should simply have said so, instead of offering it through Booking.

There are shutters instead of blinds, so the morning light comes straight in. With no air conditioning or blackout curtains, an early wake-up is pretty much guaranteed. The room and bathroom are spacious, and street parking was easy to find. The mattress felt too soft to me, though that's personal preference, and the shower is a little dated.

It's a quiet, clean place with spacious rooms and very friendly hosts, and the price is excellent. A particularly handy choice if you're arriving by car. Recommended for a night in Parma.

The welcome was excellent, and the price felt fair. Our bright room and bathroom were both very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The B&B is in a peaceful residential area with street parking. To get into the center, there's a bus stop a few hundred meters away, or you can cycle along a route that's mostly for pedestrians and bikes. The owner kindly lent us bicycles. The stairs up to the rooms are rather narrow, and there's no elevator. Highly recommended!

It's in a quiet part of Parma, which made the stay even nicer. The B&B is elegant and welcoming, and very reasonably priced. You can easily get there by bus from the city center.
