Opera 11 r&b

We really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Parma. Roberto greeted us at check-in and was very helpful, pointing out things to see and places nearby. The room was great, and breakfast made by Roberto’s wife was amazing. The next morning Roberto even took us to the train station and looked after our bags. I’d recommend it to anyone!

Roberto and Francesca made the stay. Their care and kindness are hard to believe until you experience them yourself. The room was clean and spacious, the location in central, quiet Parma was perfect, and there was free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a great breakfast. Plenty of shops and restaurants are close by. They also know the city inside out and point guests toward its best offerings. I loved Parma and my stay, but I’d go back in a heartbeat just to see Roberto and Francesca again. Awesome place, service, and people!

Francesca and Roberto know their beautiful city well and gave us great sightseeing and restaurant tips. The location couldn’t be more central, though we had to drop our bags and then park about 10 minutes away, at €14 a day. The property is modern, stylish, sparkling clean, and very quiet, set on a calm alley with double-paned windows. The spacious showers were much appreciated. The bathroom lighting was a little dim for shaving or putting on makeup, and we could hear guests above us walking around early in the morning as they got ready to leave, so soundproofing between floors could be better. There’s a lovely shared kitchen and breakfast area, with fresh fruit, cookies, yogurt, tea, and coffee available anytime. There’s a room on each level. Lovely hosts and property, and I’d stay again next time I’m in Parma.

The breakfast was laid on, and it was fantastic. The owners were a joy, and the room quality was a 10/10. This incredible B&B is up there with the best places I’ve ever stayed. I recommend B&B Opera 11 to anyone visiting Parma.
