We stayed four nights at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati during our trip through Italy. The staff took time at check-in to explain everything clearly, including how to reach the nearby parking lot, which felt very safe and secure. The hotel sits on a quieter piazza, only a few minutes from the livelier parts of the city, with all kinds of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed getting to know some of the local business owners. Our two-bedroom apartment had plenty of space for us and our two teenagers, plus a full kitchen with a large fridge and a washing machine. It was mid-trip, and in the scorching heat we needed multiple outfit changes, so being able to do laundry helped a lot. The first apartment's air conditioning wasn't quite enough. When we raised it, the staff went out of their way to find a solution and moved us to a similar apartment with much better air conditioning. Aileen and Juliana in particular worked tirelessly to make sure we were comfortable, and the whole staff were wonderful. Parma is a lovely city to stay in. With the staff, location, convenient parking, and comfortable apartment, we'd have no hesitation about returning to Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati.

We had everything we needed in the roomy two-bedroom apartment, and the accommodation was clean and affordable. This was our second stay at Palazzo Della Rosa Prati. Its location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and cultural spots all close by.

The place where I felt safe, slept incredibly well, and got so much care and attention made this one of my best trips to Parma. I've visited the city several times before. Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is considered the best hotel in town, and I can see why. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to stay somewhere truly beautiful and historic.
