Antonio, the owner, was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The rooms were very clean and well equipped, and the air conditioning worked great. The neighborhood is convenient and felt very safe, though it's less charming than the pedestrian areas for eating and shopping.

The owner was very polite and gave us tips on local places to eat, all of which turned out to be good choices. The room was tidy, very clean, and had a good-sized double bed. The bathroom was also very clean and relatively new. You can walk to the city center.

Our host was excellent, quick to answer questions and great with restaurant suggestions. The apartment had been newly renovated, with WiFi, a great shower, a nice bedroom and kitchen, plus an area to store luggage. On-street parking was available and the location was good. A gem in my opinion, and an excellent place to stay in Parma!

We loved the rooms, and the location is right in the center. Antonio was a great host and answered our questions both before and during the stay. Best b&b in Parma!

The room was comfortable and the location was good. The host was friendly and helpful, and I'd consider staying here again on another visit to Parma.
