It was easy to get some peace here, even though the city center is close by. Our room was clean and had a modern theater theme. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and shared ideas for meals and the sights the city is known for.

After a week in older buildings, this new hotel felt especially nice. It’s conveniently close to transport and the sights.

The rooms are nice and clean, and it worked well for a short visit to Parma. I did miss having tea or coffee first thing, though. There’s nowhere in the hotel to get a hot drink in the morning, and no tea or coffee-making facilities. Peter Pan cafe is just around the corner and makes a cracking espresso, but I’d still prefer something hot when I wake up. The hotel restaurant serves a decent Aperol spritz, but it doesn’t open early.

The tea and coffee weren’t pleasant. Otherwise, the room had a water boiler and tea and coffee, and the location worked well, with the city center about a 15-minute walk away. Having a parking garage right below the hotel was ideal for traveling by car.
