Andrea at the front desk really saved our stay. I’d booked the wrong night, a week earlier than we meant to come, but when we arrived he listened to what happened and found a room for both me and my travel companion. Later, after dinner, my friend couldn’t find his phone. The staff called the restaurant, confirmed it was there, and he took a taxi back to get it. The hotel is only about a five-minute walk from the station and around ten minutes from the city centre. Our room was modern, updated, and very clean, and the price was great. Everyone was helpful. We had a really good experience and I’d recommend it.

The staff made this one-night stay especially pleasant. They were friendly and attentive from check-in through checkout, and ready to help with questions or requests. We also found the whole place spotless, from the lobby and hallways to our room, and the air conditioning kept the summer heat out so we slept well. The location worked well for us: close to Parma’s railway station and an easy walk into the centre, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a nice range, including pastries, fruit, and cereals, with options for different tastes. We’d happily recommend the hotel for a short visit to Parma.

The breakfast was really good, and the place was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend it!

We were told the air conditioning was working when we checked in, but after dinner we found out the whole hotel had switched it off. It was almost 30C, and all they could bring us was a broken fan, which they said was their last one. There were no apologies, just excuses. The service was inexcusable. I wouldn’t stay here.

Breakfast was simple but plentiful, and it was included. The coffee came from a machine, which seemed perfectly normal for a free hotel breakfast. We also found the rooms clean and equipped with what we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was quick, the air conditioning worked superbly in August, and the price was reasonable. The hotel was a pleasant surprise.
