A quiet country hideaway. The room and bathroom were fine, and the food was great. We didn’t have to go searching around Parma for a good restaurant.

We had an excellent lunch at a fair price. The torta fritta with the cured meats and cheeses was delicious, and there were lots of first and second courses to choose from. The pumpkin tortelli, grandma’s chicche, and tortelli with culatello were all delicious. I recommend stopping in if you’re nearby.

Only 3 km from the Parma fair, so this is a great place to stay if you’re going there. The rooms are simple but very clean, with comfortable beds and fresh-smelling new towels. Breakfast is decent, and the restaurant is very good, serving local products, homemade pasta, and typical Parmesan cuisine. Highly recommended, and the prices are more than fair.

The dishes were thoughtfully prepared with excellent ingredients, and the woman who welcomed us was truly kind. Please note that there are food intolerances. Highly recommended.
