We had a great holiday in this beautiful home. It has a main house plus two smaller houses, with seven bedrooms in all, and a carefully done Mediterranean look throughout. There’s a pool, a jacuzzi and a private vineyard too. Parrano is a peaceful hilltop village, with Orvieto an easy drive away.

The place is lovely, tucked into greenery, and the pool and hot tub look out across the valley. I could only stay for one night, while my friends spent a full week there. Too bad the pool wasn’t open for the whole week.

Casale Silvia and Casale Girasoli really let you enjoy the best of Umbria. It’s a magical, almost unreal place, just right if you want to be out in nature and take in the region’s beauty.
