Civico 27

We felt right at home, with the owners being super kind and available whenever we needed them. The modern, air-conditioned house had every comfort, and we truly lacked nothing. We spent two days in complete peace, enjoying the fantastic, well-equipped pool. The hot tub and fitness area are another great feature. Highly recommend Civico 27 if you're looking for a quiet place to relax away from the city's stress and chaos.

This place is a little gem in Partanna, a village that doesn't offer much. We had a great time and I'd gladly return. The swimming pool, heated whirlpool, and sound system let you play your own music. There's a beautiful view, 3-4 parking spaces inside the property, plus ping pong and foosball tables. The large, air-conditioned rooms are spotless, with balconies, drying racks, and small lounges. Each has a TV and a kitchen with everything you need to cook. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. Davide and his wife, the caretaker, amazed me with their kindness and hospitality. Rosario, the owner, was helpful and checked in by WhatsApp to see if everything was okay. I was also surprised that the apartment was stocked with so much for breakfast, including rusks and packaged brioches, and for lunch, pasta and tomato puree.

I stayed here with a group of friends. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the property was well maintained with a beautiful pool. Mr. Rosario had left us fresh water, breakfast snacks, and pasta!

The apartment and the whole property are kept in meticulous condition, and the hot tub was super relaxing. The owner was very kind and always available. We had a really positive experience and will definitely come back.
