Mirella and her friend went far beyond what we expected when our rental car gave us trouble. They drove us, made more than 20 phone calls, translated, and spoke with the representatives to help get everything sorted. My wife and I were amazed at how Mirella treated us like close friends. She’s both very kind and professional. We also loved the beautiful garden, pool, clean room, and pleasant atmosphere. Even without that extra help, we would have been very happy with everything else at the place.

It looks like the phone number and website are no longer working. Be careful booking through them, since the confirmation you receive may not be genuine.

The villa has huge potential, with lots of space and a pool, but my stay was easily the worst I’ve had as a guest. The listing suggested I’d have the whole place to myself, yet we were never alone. Access also changed after booking: the billiards room was unavailable, and then the kitchen was off limits too. I’d hired a private chef for a small dinner with the other guests to celebrate my 30th birthday, and only on the day of the meal did I learn I had to pay €200 in cash to use the kitchen. The owner also said the pool area wasn’t meant to be used after the afternoon, so I had to ask him to switch on its lights that evening. Just after midnight, he interrupted dinner to complain about the music volume. Gardeners and catering staff came by during our stay for maintenance and to prepare for another event, sometimes very early in the morning, without any notice. Carla, who welcomed us, and the cleaner were extremely kind. The rest was a terrible experience. Never again.

We went there for a baptism, and the food was truly delicious, especially the fried fish. The billiards room has an old-time feel that takes you somewhere else, and there are lovely, elegant corners throughout the big outdoor area. It’s a wonderful spot with a lovely pool that I think guests can use in summer. A green oasis in what looks like a barren landscape.
