The welcoming staff were very helpful, and our apartment was spacious and clean. Villa Rancio is surrounded by olive and cypress trees, a lovely setting for relaxing, yet supermarkets and other main services are only 10 minutes away. Lake Trasimeno is easy to reach, with its history, beaches, and activities for adults and children. Perugia and Assisi are accessible too. A perfect holiday.

Our dog Ginevra was welcomed and pampered, which made an already lovely stay even better. The owners were friendly, warm, and down-to-earth, and made us feel at home. The place has a charming, distinctive feel. We preferred the apartment to the room, and it was spacious, clean, and wonderfully peaceful. Five stars, though they deserve more for how they treated our dog. We’ll be back soon.

It’s family-run, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I’d choose the apartment over the single room, it’s much roomier and more comfortable. The only drawback was the very hard orthopedic mattresses. Still, I’d recommend the place, including for groups of families.

The apartments are spacious, the food is excellent, and everything from the staff to the location and cleanliness was great. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy the quiet of the hills.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the family running the place was warm and friendly. It’s a secluded property surrounded by greenery. Our only issue was the poor coordination with the booking website, though that was understandable given how many people were in our group.
