We came for a spring break with our two small children and had a great time. The house was spotless, the hosts were lovely, and the views, garden, and house itself were all charming. It's also in a really good spot for exploring Umbria. We'd love to return in summer to try the amazing pool. Families and couples of any age would enjoy this place.

A week in L'Ulivo was lovely. It's an independent cottage, welcoming, clean, and very well equipped, with a wonderful porch looking over the garden and lake. When we arrived at Agriturismo La Bicocca, Susan and Salvatore's place was so well cared for that we were immediately enchanted. The centuries-old holm oak in front of the main house is breathtaking. The saltwater pool was spotless, and from there we could see olive trees rolling down toward the lake, colorful sunsets, rosemary hedges, lavender, and flowers. It was so quiet and peaceful, almost like being suspended in space. Susan and Salvatore were attentive, lovely hosts. They made our stay perfect, and we shared some really pleasant moments with them. We're already thinking about when we can come back.
