We spent a week here in September and felt right at home in this small family-run hotel. It’s tucked just off the main road, so it stays quiet, while the central spot is handy for both the restaurants and the lakeshore. Housekeeping was excellent every day. Good value, and we’d happily stay again.

For a one-night stay, it worked really well. The hotel is clearly older, but the essentials are there, the rooms and common areas were clean, and the staff were kind. There’s a large backyard for parking, and the AC worked well, which matters in summer. Since it’s near the lake, mosquito nets on the windows might be useful. The location is close to the water, though another building blocks the lake view from the rooms. Breakfast was decent, and the price was very good for what you get.

The rooms and bathrooms are small, and this isn’t a five-star hotel, so set expectations accordingly. Still, everything worked and was spotlessly clean, and the owners and staff were consistently polite and friendly. There’s free parking at this lakeside hotel, plus an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast. It’s probably the best centrally located hotel in Passignano, and a great family-run place. I’ll certainly come back. And then there’s Aria!

A welcoming, homey hotel with an attentive owner. It’s across the street from the lake, though there’s no lake view, and free parking is available. A solid choice, and I’d gladly recommend it.
