Casa 774

It's easy to drive to different places from this property, and there's free parking right under the house. On sunny days, you can sit outside and unwind from city stress. We stayed for a vacation and would gladly return. The room was clean, well looked after, and warm for the season. Mrs. Stefania was kind and discreet. In the kitchen, there was a big bottle of water, coffee, and plenty for breakfast: juice, milk, chamomile tea, regular tea, yogurt, brioches, biscuits, jam, chocolate, tarts, and cereal. Congratulations, and thanks for everything.

We left and chose another hotel. The room itself was okay, with new furniture and a comfortable bed, but the service was terrible. Hot water took 10 minutes to come through, the shower was caked with limescale and drained poorly. There was no shower tray, so using it left the bathroom flooded and unusable. The room was cold, the radiator was off, and the air conditioning didn't work. For that price, better places are available. You can't just wing it as a hotelier!

Stefania was kind and helpful, and met every request without hesitation. The B&B is in a quiet area that isn't isolated, with other charming villas nearby. Our room was spotless, new, well organized, and properly heated, with everything we needed. I loved the unusual, slightly Zen decor. The kitchen is separate from the bedroom, well equipped and stocked, and breakfast had all we needed. I was glad to see they provided eco-friendly Winni's Naturel products instead of the usual unbranded travel-size toiletries. My family and I only stayed one night, and were sorry to leave such a welcoming place. We'll stay with her next time. You can feel confident booking this B&B.

We spent a weekend here and were really comfortable. The peaceful setting, rooms, cleanliness, and service were all just right. The owner was friendly and helpful, and I'd absolutely return.
