B&b La Fattoria

Mrs. Daniela was kind and helpful, and made us an excellent breakfast. She has a beautiful parrot called Jacky, a friendly white dog, and some peacocks. It’s a nice place to unwind after visiting the parks. The property is lovely but simple. We came at the end of April after a very harsh winter, so the many plants in the garden had obviously suffered. I paid by debit card.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the simple, basic room was still fine for a good night’s sleep. It works for a stop after Gardaland, which is 12 km away. The highway nearby makes it hard to leave the windows open because of traffic noise. They don't accept traceable payments, only cash.

We couldn’t judge the room because the woman wouldn’t let us in. I understand this may have been a painful time, but wishing death on guests’ loved ones was never appropriate or professional. Telling guests to go to hell and calling them “starving” also goes against basic hospitality. That welcome was unpleasant, and I wouldn’t repeat the experience.
