We came across this restaurant and vineyard after bypassing trindari because it was packed with tourists on a Sunday. It was full of local Italian families, and it felt like we'd found a hidden gem in Sicily. Well worth the detour for the real deal.

Domenico, the sommelier, was outstanding. At this beautiful restaurant in the hills above Tindari, they serve traditional dishes, including a daily menu, and have a very good selection of local wines. Such a sweet spot to enjoy Sicily's beauty and culture.

The owner of the hotel and restaurant gave us wonderful service and made us feel welcome every time. The views are lovely, and the wine and food are excellent, all sourced locally from their own farm. To me, it's the best restaurant in northern Sicily, plain and simple. We're planning another trip and hope to stay at their hotel next time.

My wife and I stayed for two nights and had such a good time at Antica Tindari. The room was spotless, had everything we needed, and came with a delicious breakfast. It's a quiet location with a nice view of the vineyards. Pina, the owner, gave us a very warm welcome and speaks very good English. We had excellent lunch and dinner at the restaurant, with fresh, tasty food and carefully selected, high quality ingredients from the owner's family, all at reasonable prices. We also tried some Antica Tindari wines and loved them. The food was so good that we booked dinner there again for our second evening. Grazie mille Pina, it was a pleasure!
