The apartments are new and the facility is good. The rates are high, though, and can be hard to afford for a longer stay.

The only real inconvenience was the washing machine setup. The apartments don’t have their own, and the shared one is coin-operated. Aside from that, nothing to complain about. The owner is very kind, and both the residence and neighborhood are quiet and peaceful.

The WiFi had some connection trouble while the provider was being changed, but that was eventually sorted out. Everyone was very helpful, and the location is quiet and handy for both the hospital and city center. If I find somewhere to stay, I’ll come back here in January.
