There was an unpleasant smell in parts of the hotel, and the shower hadn't been cleaned before I used the room. The food was inconsistent, and the service was very problematic.

It's only a few minutes to the haraam on foot, and getting there is very easy. May God bless us.

The hallways smelled of sewage and mold, and the odor stayed in our room all evening. That was the main problem and really needs fixing. We were there for two days. The outside could use an update, though the interior was fine. The bathrooms could use a more thorough clean. Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner were decent, and the waiters and lobby staff were both very friendly and polite.

We had a fantastic three-day, two-night stay and will likely come back. The room and pool area were spotless, and the staff greeted us warmly wherever we went. There were several kinds of lotion in the bathroom. At meals, the food was excellent, and the waiters walked us through the menu step by step. When something wasn't to our taste, they tried to find an alternative. We were welcomed by polite, friendly staff as soon as we arrived. Thanks so much for everything ❤️
