It was my first time in Italy when I arrived at this B&B. Maria, the owner, was kind, caring, and helpful with anything I needed. I stayed for a month and will be sad to leave, though excited to come back. It's a great spot for getting to Etna, and a good choice if you want peace and quiet, nice rooms, and a great hostess.

A perfect place if you have an early tour to Etna. The house is lovely, with a pool table downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The host speaks good English and made handmade pastries for breakfast. Such a kind-hearted host, and an amazing place. Highly recommended!

Maria is helpful and welcoming, but also gives you space, so the B&B feels like home. It’s quiet and handy for Mount Etna and the Sapienza refuge. The family-run place has clean rooms and shared bathrooms. Getting there can be tricky because there are several routes and some roads are in poor condition, depending on where you’re coming from. I’d go through Pedara before continuing to the B&B. Highly recommended.
