A family-run hotel with a friendly feel. The owners and staff were helpful, always smiling, and didn’t make the place feel like a business. It’s very peaceful, surrounded by nature, and only 40 meters from the lift. The free parking was another plus. Our room was large, well equipped with a telephone and TV, and had a nice view. The bathroom was spacious, the beds comfortable, and rooms were cleaned daily. Towels were changed on request. There’s a shared living room with a bar, as well as a heated ski room. The family cooks very good traditional Italian meals, with lots of vegetables and organic food. Guests can get discounts for the local therms and other attractions, and at some times of year there’s a ski pass discount for the beautiful slopes of National Stelio Park, including one of the area’s four most picturesque and longest runs. It’s a good hotel for children, for adults who enjoy quiet places in nature, and for student groups, since the slopes suit different skiing levels.

The wellness area is very well kept and looks recently built, with an outdoor hot tub. The hotel is practically right by the slopes, which is an excellent location. Rooms are simple and clean, with everything you need, and there’s lots of space to store skis and boots, with a spot assigned by room number. The food was excellent and the owners pay attention to the details. The dining room might be a little small, though, since it felt crowded when the hotel was full.

The rooms were spotless throughout our week and had a lovely view. Guests each had their own assigned space in the Sky Room. Being so close to the ski lifts, the excellent food, and the owner’s kindness all made our stay memorable. We had a lovely week here. Thank you so much for everything.
